Ordering instructions:

                 --natural Rubberwood - blonde 13 1/2" x 7 1/2" x 3/4

• in order to customize it, we will need a vey clear photo or scan of the recipe card. Email this to: hommadedesigns@Gmail.com.  Be sure to reference your name and order number. 

• Tell exactly how you want your recipe to be - example: if on grandmas recipe card she scribbled out something - if you don’t say exclude it, it will be included on the final cutting board.  Specify if you want the lines on your card or lines removed. 
  
  
• ‘’if you want it personalized with a name, like to Sarah & love grandma ( in their handwriting ) include hand writing examples & be sure to include the add-on option. 
  
  

photo taking tips - 

• Place recipe on a well lit flat surface to take photo. 
  
  
• Try to avoid shadows on the recipe.
• if writing is faded & not legible, make a copy of recipe and try trying with dark ink
• make sure copy is clear & bright 
• please be sure to request proof prior to engrave to make sure it is how you want it.

• All of our custom cutting board sare made from high-quality wood. Each cutting board is examined carefully prior to beginning the engraving process. Each board is sanded and finished with a high quality food grade butcher block conditioner made from mineral oil and natural waxes so the cutting board will be immediately available for use upon arrival. To preserve the beauty of the board, it is recommended to cut on the side without the engraving. 
• Please treat the board regularly with a good food grade mineral oil to preserve the life of the board . 
• DO NOT  place the board in the dishwasher, Do Not soak the board in water. For best results gently rinse the board and dry by hand. 

Proofs are provided upon your request. If you don't request a proof your order will be processed with the choices you selected at checkout. 

We will contact you if your order has missing information or if we have questions pertaining to your order. If we contact you with proofs or questions and we don't hear back from you within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled and refunded. You are more than welcome to place another order but we do this to ensure you get the correct  product you are purchasing and that we can get the order processed and shipped in a timely manner. 

All items are made to order, Please allow 5-8 business days for production prior to shipping. Some items may take less while some custom orders may take more time. If you are in a time crunch please contact us prior to ordering to see if a rush is available. 

** All orders are insured and shipped through the USPS. All orders are inspected prior to shipping. If your product arrives damaged,  a claim on your behalf will need to be filed with USPS. In order to file a claim, they require proof of shipping damage. If your package arrives damaged, please take detailed photos of the packaging prior to opening and of the damaged item. Email the pictures to us at: Hommadedesigns@gmail.com   Without these pictures, i am unable to make a claim and therefore will be unable to exchange the damaged items.
