*** All orders are inspected prior to shipping. Each package is insured and shipped via USPO. If your item arrives damaged, we will need to file a claim on your behalf. In order to file a claim, they require proof of the damage. Please take pictures prior to opening of the package & also detailed pictures of the damaged item.
